My name is Tabitha Averis and I have been grooming dogs for over 10 years. I chose dog grooming after university and my life experiences taught me that life is for living and enjoying.
I feel I have found my true calling, to pursue a lifelong hobby of caring for animals as a career. Caring for animals, especially dogs, is a large part of my life. I have a Tibetan Terrier called Denzell, who regularly needs grooming and was great practice for me when I was training. I treat every dog as an individual and each dog is loved, respected and care for as if he/she were my own. I take great satisfaction and pride in my work and I love seeing the finished result.
I also have qualifications in dog training and behaviour so I am able to read and understand how a dog feels and treat them accordingly and ensure their welfare is priority. I gained my qualifications at Warwickshire College & Evesham Dog Grooming Academy where I was trained and mentored by Carole Gower, a very experienced and highly qualified groomer.
Carole was an inspiration and I am privileged to have been taught by her and have achieved many of my skills from her knowledge and expertise, enabling me to give the best service possible to my own customers.
